What is THE ACM EXPERIENCE?
THE ACM EXPERIENCE is a three-day family-friendly event that gives fans the ultimate country experience in one place. You can SHOP country at the free-to-the-public ACM EXPO; TASTE country as we celebrate all things country with food trucks and vendors from all over the country; DRIVE country at the RAM Ride and Drive, an amazing outdoor track like no other; and HEAR country at live free venues happening throughout the Orleans property plus our new two-day ticketed ACM Outdoor Music Festival featuring county’s top hit makers.

And then add to your weekend with the 3rd ANNUAL ACM FAN JAM featuring Brad Paisley taking place at the Orleans Arena on Sunday, April 7. This live remote location gives country music lovers the ultimate fan-pass to be a part of the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.

Can I bring in a lawn chair?
Low-back chairs are ok, no chair bags.
Will food and beverage be available?
Yes, various local food venders, as well as, national food trucks will be serving up everyone’s favorites. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Can I bring in food or drink?
No glass bottles will be allowed. Sealed plastic water bottles will be allowed.
Can I bring in a purse or backpack?
Yes, small purses and backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search.
What does my festival admission price include?
One day tickets include entrance into the ACM Party for a Cause Festival general admission area. The ACM EXPO is free and open to the public.
Is there re-entry?
Yes with wristband.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges.
Are there ATM’s available?
Yes, ATM’s will be available throughout the Orleans property, and in THE ACM EXPERIENCE venue.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available at The Orleans Hotel and Casino.
Do you have a Box Office & Will Call?
Yes, located inside The Orleans Hotel & Casino Arena (southeast arena lobby, doors nearest THE ACM EXPERIENCE Entrance). Open during THE ACM EXPERIENCE hours.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, for infants and toddlers only.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed. Only trained service dogs will be permitted.
Types of payment accepted?
Various vendors will accept both cash and credit, while others will accept cash only. ATM’s will be available onsite.
What should I do if I lose my child inside the festival?
Contact the Information booth located at the main entrance of THE ACM EXPERIENCE.
Is there ADA accessibility in the festival?

Can I bring in a camera?
Cameras are welcome at the ACM EXPO. Only non-professional cameras will be allowed into the Festival.
Will there be first aid available?

Can I bring in a cooler?
No Coolers are allowed.
Is this a kid-friendly event?
Yes, THE ACM EXPERIENCE is kid friendly. Children age six and under are free. However, we do recommend individuals 12 and up.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Yes, small, compact umbrellas (with no points) will be allowed.

Information Guideline for THE ACM EXPERIENCE

General Info
  • General admission standing with limited seating available. Low chairs and blankets allowed.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges.
  • Doors open one hour before first performance.
  • Rain or Shine.
  • Line up and set times subject to change.
  • Everyone subject to search upon arrival.
  • All ages welcome. Suggested 12 years of age and over.
  • Parking is free at The Orleans Hotel & Casino.
  • Re-Entry Allowed with Re-Entry Wristband and Ticket, Wristband given upon first exit.

Alcohol Policy
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
  • Anyone under the age of 21 caught with alcohol or under the influence of alcohol will be removed from THE ACM EXPERIENCE and turned over to security. NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
  • Drink Tickets will be required to purchase all alcohol. Drink Ticket Booths will be available for ticket purchase. Valid form of I.D. will be required.
  • No alcohol will be allowed outside THE ACM EXPERIENCE area.
  • No purchasing drinks for anyone under the age of 21. You will be removed from THE ACM EXPERIENCE without a refund and subject to an arrest.
