STAFF PROMOTIONS, HIRES

Alexa Fasheh Promoted to VP

Kate Kramer, Tommy Moore & Addie Saloman Promoted to Manager

Kenzie Todd Hired as Assistant

Encino, CA (June 19, 2013) – The Academy of Country Music is announcing staff promotions and a recent hire, including Alexa Fasheh upped to Vice President, Director of Finance, Kate Kramer promoted to Manager, Operations & Events, Tommy Moore has been promoted to Manager, Administration & Operations, and Addie Saloman advancing to Manager, Membership & Industry Relations.  Kenzie Todd has been brought on as Assistant, Administration & Operations.  All positions are based out the Academy’s headquarters in Encino, CA.

“We’re excited to acknowledge the great work and contributions of our ACM staff members, and to add an asset to our growing team,” said Tiffany Moon, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Academy of Country Music.  

Fasheh joined the Academy staff as Director of finance, after completing a seven year run as Senior  Accountant at The Haber Corporation, where she managed much of the Academy of Country Music account.  A Los Angeles native, Fasheh graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, and over the past 11 years, she has worked as an accountant for a variety of CPA firms. She has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Finance and manages the Academy’s books and benefits packages.

Kramer attended Louisiana State University, where she graduated with a degree in business management. A native of Eureka, Calif., Kramer was hired full-time after interning in the Operations & Events department in Spring of 2011.  With her recent promotion to Manager, Operations & Events, Kramer will manage the operations for the Academy of Country Music Awards, the Academy’s office in Encino and several other key events during the year.  She reports to Erick Long, Senior Vice President of Operations & Events. 

Atlanta-born and Chicago-raised, Moore attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, where he graduated with a degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Communications. He joined the Academy in December 2011 and now as Manager, Administration & Operations, Moore will manage overall administration of the ACM office with focus on ticketing, operations, finance, and Board of Directors communication. He reports to Tiffany Moon, Executive Vice President and Managing Director.

Saloman joined the Academy in November 2011 as the assistant in the Membership & Industry Relations department. With her recent promotion to Manager, Membership & Industry Relations, Saloman will maintain the Academy’s awards voting research, liaise with the Academy’s voting partner and various committees, manage the Academy’s membership initiatives and key industry events.  A native of Massachusetts, Saloman attended Belmont University, where she earned degrees in Music Business and Finance. She reports to Michelle Goble, Senior Vice President, Membership & Industry Relations.

Todd, a Calgary, Canada native, joined the Academy after graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications in May 2013.  While attending Pepperdine, she served as the Director of Events for a non-profit on campus, as well as VP of Communications for her sorority.  She reports to Tiffany Moon, Executive Vice President and Managing Director.
